Warrantyi Conditions


 

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer and distributor, unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, always check and receive the product during the cargo delivery. If there is any damage on the product box, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
 

All the products we sell on our website are guaranteed for "2 years".
 

Return and Exchange Conditions

 

You can return or change the products you have purchased on our site within "14 Days" from the delivery date. There is no right to return or exchange products in the Outlet category.

 

The product to be returned or exchanged must not have lost its commercial quality, its packaging must be protected, accessories and all product content must be complete.

 

You must have sent the products you want to return or exchange as “Cross-Paid”, with all copies of the product invoice in full, via our contracted cargo company “Aras Cargo”. (Shipments made with counter payment other than the contracted cargo company will not be received.)

Your refund will be made within "10 Business Days" at the latest, immediately after the products to be returned reach our warehouse and after the inspection by our technical team confirms that there is no defect.

In all cases where the delivered product is defective, return shipping charges (Outgoing & Incoming) will be covered by “donizetti Music”.

 

In all cases where the product is not defective, the shipping charges (Outgoing & Incoming) will be deducted from the product amount, and the relevant amount will be returned to the customer's account as "shipping charges deducted".

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Products whose original packaging has been opened, spoiled and lost their commercial quality.

Products that contain software in the product content. (Sound Card etc.)

Installed products. (Piano, Drums etc.)

Products that may pose a hygienic hazard. (Breathing Instruments, Microphones, Headphones etc.)

Products that are not sent with the invoice.

Products whose protective material and gelatin have been removed.
 

There is no right of return or exchange for products under the Outlet category.

In product groups that cannot be returned or exchanged, you can return the product "without delivery" from the cargo or request its exchange. Receipt of the relevant products will completely eliminate the right to return and exchange.

Things to Consider in Product Exchanges and Returns

The products must be packaged in a way that they will not be damaged during transportation as they were sent by you.

No label or tape should be attached to the original box or packaging of the product.
